Hammock Spot

I know sometimes it can be a challenge finding a good spot to hang your hammock. Sometimes you just have to be a bit creative, use that tree and that wall, or those fence posts. You may need extra long rope, or to screw hooks into a wall or beam. But always be sure to have a good look at your surrounds, as you'll often be surprised at where you can hang you hammock. Maybe there is a spot you have overlooked or not considered.

If however you are totally sure there is no-where that you can currently hang your hammock then consider the option of a self standing hammock stand or hammock frame. If you find the right one these make a great addition to your outdoor seating, can provide a lovely feature, and most importantly give you a great portable spot to hang you hammock!

Consider what you want you hammock stand to be made from, metal, wood, a combination. Just ensure when you are choosing your frame that is will support the weight you require. Do you need extra strength so you can share with a partner? Also, consider where the stand will be, will it be subject to the elements, and if so will it rust or rot? Find out what care you stand needs so you can enjoy it for many years.

Hammocks Australia have recently made available great quality solid and strong Cypress Pine Hammock Stands. Available throughout Metropolitan Australia, so you can enjoy your hammock all spring and summer time.
